These dark mountains are taken driving through Atigen Pass on 6/10/2014. It was pretty scary. On the return trip it was worst with a snow storm causing brief white outs. Elevation is 7000 ft.
These 2 trucks just passed us on the Atigen Pass. We allowed all trucks to pass because they mean business!

500 miles, 500 miles, 500 miles.....the road goes on for 500 miles. Then we turn around and do the whole route in reverse.
